| To me that's a warning flag. This isn't to say if he's honest or a crook but the fact that he doesn't have much of a presence on this forum means that no one really knows him from your 6 fingered cousin. I know he totalled his car recently and he's probably selling parts from it. Nevertheless, exercise common sense when dealing with people you don't know. Ask for references (preferably from well-known people on the forum), I'd suggest a COD for the transaction if you are not comfortable with the Paypal/Money Order method. COD costs a little extra but it's added insurance that you will get the part. He's probably an honest guy but it's better to be safe than sorry. If he's got nothing to hide then he'll work with you on the deal.
